In detail...

Transport and transfers - Your holiday package includes airport transfers from Malaga Airport to the Villa and all travel while you are on holiday in Spain.
Return flights from UK airports – You can fly to Malaga from most UK airports. We can also arrange flights from other European countries for our guests but these may be at an additional cost.
Airport Support - This is arranged with the airline & the Passenger Handling Department at the time of booking flights to ensure all your support needs will be met.
Return private air-conditioned transfers in Spain - A member of our team will greet you at Malaga Airport and drive you to your accommodation, and return you to the airport at the end of your holiday. The journey to the villa takes approximately 45 minutes.
Accommodation - The 4 twin bedroom villa, each en suite, has a comfortable lounge, dining room and barbecue area as well as a swimming pool. Sky, TV, Internet and other recreational facilities. (please see the villa page for more information)
Welcome Packs - Includes typical Spanish & English snacks & a bottle of bubbly!
Professional Support - At hand 24 hours a day
Towels, Linen – Bath & Beach towels provided and changed daily.
On Site Toiletries – A selection of toiletries are available, this includes: shampoo, shower gel, soap, toothpaste, sun lotions, after sun, etc
Medication Administration - All staff are trained to administer M.A.R.R. / dosset box medication. We will require information regarding medication contraindications & side effects.
Money Management Support – We support guests with all aspects of money management i.e. budgeting spending money, safe keeping and advice on value for money.
All Meals - including, served breakfast, packed lunches & meals out.
Full Day trips: Everyday. Visiting attractions of your choice from our ‘Activities Folder’ i.e. boat trips, horse riding, animal & adventure parks etc. All attractions are assessed for suitability. All entrance fees are included. (please see the activities page for more information)
Evenings Out - Every night. Restaurants, bars & shows - (please see the activities page for more information)
Personalised Photo Album - Photos are taken throughout the holiday and an album is presented to you at the end of your holiday so you can take your memories home with you. We may need to post the last day’s photos to you.
Laundry Service – Most clothes will be washed ready for you to take home clean with you.
Cleaning Service – The bedrooms and en suite bathrooms will be cleaned daily.
Shopping Service – We go to the shops most days so if you need anything just let us know, or if you want and you’ve got time you can always come with us.
24 hour on-call service - Trained staff are available at the villa 24 hours a day.
Telephone calls - All guests can be contacted on either the villa’s land line or on the On-Call Managers mobile. Guests are welcome to use the villa telephone, or Skype, to call their families and friends (within reason of course!)
Snacks & Drinks - Freely available at the villa.
